General terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InfinBlock and are essential for resolving issues or preventing them. They form the foundation for mounting a proper defense should disputes arise.

InfinBlock is dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of FinTech and blockchain knowledge. We uphold a standard of respect and do not permit any form of hate speech, abusive imagery, or content within usernames, profiles, bios, or any shared content. InfinBlock encourages constructive discourse and will not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or behaviors that could incite such actions.

Restricted categories

InfinBlock prohibits posts or accounts that partake in the following activities:

  • Promotion of controversial, suspect, or extreme content.
  • Transactions involving the buying or selling of social media interactions, including activities off-platform.
  • Facilitation of sexual services
  • Violations of copyright or other intellectual property laws.
  • Acts that contravene the terms of service of third-party services.
  • Illegal hacking activities, such as stealing credentials or compromising personal data.
  • Distribution of pseudoscience, disinformation, or content detrimental to public health or safety.

Copyright and trademark infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and demand the same from our users. Content published on InfinBlock must have proper authorization from the rightful owners. 

Users who infringe upon intellectual property rights may face account suspension without the opportunity for appeal. Alleged infringements will be addressed as outlined in our Copyright, DMCA Policy, and Trademark Policy.

Your account and responsibilities

When using InfinBlock’s services, you are responsible for your conduct and the content you submit. This includes adhering to all applicable laws and ensuring you have the rights to post any shared material. InfinBlock’s services may include content that is protected by the intellectual property rights of others. We request that you do not copy, upload, download, or distribute content unless you are fully authorized to do so.

Rights and ownership

You maintain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display on InfinBlock. By sharing your content, you provide InfinBlock with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, global license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content across all media or distribution methods, currently known or developed in the future. 

This license includes the right to create derivative works of, publicly perform, and display such content, including any names, usernames, or likenesses provided with your content.
